Guidance in tuning in to how your body communicates its physical and emotional needs.
Full Description

When you turn to food for anything other than giving your body what it wants and needs, it is a symptom that there's more than physical hunger going on: an inner challenge, a need for new experiences and joys,or a longing of the heart. Here, Geneen Roth offers a guided session to tune in to the "feeling qualities" of hunger as they arise. By making friendly contact with specific sensations in your body, you will come to clearly distinguish physical from emotional hunger, and take care of each need with the right nourishment.

Sounds True Practices are short downloadable audio sessions selected from our most popular courses. Affordably priced and ideal for beginners, they're a powerful way to use energy healing, guided imagery, meditation, and other proven practices at home or on the go. Put them on your smartphone, MP3 player, tablet device, or computer … and start experiencing their benefits today.

This session is excerpted from Geneen Roth's 6-CD course When Food Is Food and Love Is Love.

Review for Your Relationship with Food II

Both CD 1 and CD 2 are single Mp3 files so are easy to find and play. I have not had a chance to listen to either CD all the way through but my quick peek was encouraging!
