Rolf Gates is an acclaimed yoga teacher and author best known for his boundary-leaping book Meditations from the Mat. This week's Producer's Pick excerpt comes from Rolf's newest collaboration with Sounds True, a practice-centric audio program Meditations on the Mat: Practices for Living from the Heart.
