What strikes me, among other things, is the practice suggested to regain balance in the midst of a panic attack… The use of the exhale. I am wondering if this will help people suffering from the babesia infection and experience the common symptom of ‘air hunger’. Can this focused exhale/hold/let the universe fill you help them as well?

loved the info. I’ve read his anatomy book for Yoga Teacher Training, didn’t know about his knowledge in breathing. Thank you so much.

It’s unusual, and lovely, to hear thoughts which are so compatible with Alexander Technique – we aim not to try to change or control breathing, but to remove the obstacles to full natural breahing.

I was listening to this on my MP3 player while running. I tried the exhale breathing while powering uphill. It was really energizing! Also used it after short periods of exertion to aid recovery. Seemed to help. Thought you might find that interesting. Very much enjoyed the podcast as I do most Sounds True podcasts. Thanks for this wonderful service.
