Henry Grayson: Change in an Instant
Tami Simon speaks with Dr. Henry Grayson, a leading psychologist who has spent decades exploring the connections between psychology, physics, and the spiritual traditions of the world. Dr. Grayson founded and served as chairman emeritus at the National Institute for Psychotherapies in New York. With Sounds True, he has created the nine-hour audio training course The New Physics of Love: The Power of Mind and Spirit in Relationships. Sorry but this just didn’t come across for me. Tami sounded extremely skeptical the whole way through, and I don’t blame her. The theories just don’t have credibility in my opinion. Quantum physics can’t be applied to everything in this way. Perhaps there are other mechanisms at play but I doubt that it has anything to do with quantum physics.

Wonderful talk. I understand and know fully that our thoughts create our realities. As I reflect on my life at this point in my understanding I see the connection to all things via our thoughts. I now tell people to just imagine what you want every morning and KNOW that is can be. You are divinty with unlimited power thru your thoughts.
We create our tomorrows by what we dream today. A long time dream is now unflolding in my life and once again I know it all to be true because of my thoughts. My thoughts have manifested themselves into my reality completely. It is magical!

This interview was really liberating … I’m going through a very difficult time in my relationship and I read and practical exercises Eckart Tolle, Arjuna Ardagh and I am very happy to see I’m going the right way. My mind and my ego in my being still dominate most of the time, but I’m able to recognize and change them. My heartfelt thanks for all this work. Anita

Henry tells us that our personality is shaped by nature, nurture, and our thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, and the meaning we put to our experiences. Not only do our thoughts affect every cell in our body, they can also affect others at a distance.
He explains a ritual for releasing past traumas. After our traumas are released our behaviors, emotions, and thoughts change. Thank you Henry.

A new process that does what Dr. Grayson suggests i.e. permanently and completely deletes negative beliefs, memories, ego states (and shared negative memories) from the subconscious mind is called the Mind Resonance Process (MRP).
