Having been an EMD-R trained psychotherapist ever since Francine “discovered” the system, I am thrilled by David’s taking this forward to a much more intricate level of work. I can’t wait until the book/ download is available. Can’t come out to Colorado for a training as I live in California but am very interested in integrating Brain spotting into my practice.

David tells us that with Brainspotting we can change traumas into memories of things we have survived. We can then move on to live in the Paradise of Now. The iceskater knew she could do this when she did her triple loop. I wonder how us non-skaters would know for sure?

David’s work is a beautiful example of the natural evolution of therapy and the healing process. As Nisargadatta Maharaj once stated “Don’t freeze your concepts stay prior to them.” We need to appreciate the gift of this revelation and continue to allow the free flow of learning and healing. THank you for sharing the information.
