As the developer of Instinctive Meditation, Lorin has created multiple book and audio projects on the subject—including Sounds True’s Meditation for Yoga Lovers. In this episode, Lorin and Tami Simon discuss his new book, The Radiance Sutras: 112 Gateways to the Yoga of Wonder and Delight and the process that went into its creation. They talk about the hard work of crafting a unique poetic interpretation and the insights Lorin has gained from listening to the personal stories of thousands of meditators. Noah Levine: The Inner Revolution Is On

Noah Levine is hailed as a new voice in American Buddhism, and is the founder of Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society. Noah was trained by Jack Kornfield and teaches meditation nationally, as well as leading meditation groups in prisons and juvenile detention halls. He is the author of Dharma Punx, and with Sounds True he has released the audio Kind Awareness: Guided Meditations for an Inner Revolution. In this episode, Noah speaks with Tami about dharma and addiction recovery; the three personality types in Buddhism; antidotes for the forces of greed, hatred, and delusion; and what it means to give our lives completely to an inner revolution.
