Everything here is path, friends,
\nnothing is out of place.
\nYou are not broken
\nand are not in need of fixing.<\/p>\n
Stop. Just one sacred pause;
\ntouch the ground. Look up into the sky.
\nGive yourself the gift of your own presence,
\nfor this is no ordinary moment.<\/p>\n
As you sink into the core of what you are,
\nnotice that you can breathe in and out of your heart.
\nIt is not air which moves in and out, though.
