E Tolle's Music to quiet the mind is awesome! I absolutely love it. My laptop crashed and I am not yet tech savvy enough to figure out how to listen to it on my iphone although I am sur it is probably a very simple thing thing to do.
I'm looking forward to getting back to it soon!
