This is a great course if you are interested in mindfulness and meditation. It also offers the opportunity to look at yourself with a new vision of coming to terms with the past and preparing for a hopeful future.
Skills that are taught that will be tools to use in your everyday life, stories to laugh at, and new ways to view your life and your potential.
I have read many of Jack Kornfield's books. There were repeated stories and techniques, but I enjoyed this format.
I would have liked more of the group meetings. There were not always opportunities for everyone in the group to share. I am sorry that the course is coming to an end. Possibly a group could elect to continue a longer relationship?
