Really helpful and a joy to listen to
I am so grateful to have learned of Dr. Kabat-Zinn. Everything he says makes sense to me and helps with not only meditative practice, but with self-awareness and getting to better understand the power of now. The only problem is the possibility of becoming too attached to the teacher, which is not his goal at all. If you are new to this sort of thing, give it time. You may not be ready to understand in the beginning. This is not proselytizing in any sense, but a genuine effort to share meaning in life.

JK-Z is my hero. His Mindfulness for Beginners started me on my mindfulness practice, which has changed my life in so many profound and wonderful ways. This series is interesting, but what I like best about it are the guided meditations. His voice calls me to my best self, and for that I will be forever grateful.
