Solid Gold Instruction
I've attended maybe a dozen meditation retreats... up to 10 days in length. I have always benefited from these. Sometimes at home... by myself I have not been able to re-experience the result...until this program. The clear, simple instructions allow me to see, well, clearly.
After years of meditation, I can recommend this as a focused straightforward approach that allows me to be go where I want to go... and very quickly.
