These guided exercises, based on the teachings of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, offers a place to begin the journey back to self and unity. Controlling your breath, posture, and your ability to relax and concentrate will lead you to a place of stillness, limitless power, and bliss.”

Swami Srinivasananda found his guru and yoga master Swami Vishnu-devananda at the Sivananda headquarters in Val-Morin, Canada, in 1977. He has been the director of the Val-Morin, Paris, and Los Angeles Sivananda Centers.
