waste of money
Dr. Gaynor is known for his work with music so I expected more. The tracks are not very uplifting or helpful so I will not be using them in my work.
An inspiring recording for connecting with your natural source of health and vitality.

Medical Science Meets Ancient Tradition
Uplifting melodies performed on keyboards, harmonium, and thumb piano are blended with world percussion, Sanskrit chant, and the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Listening and even chanting along with this inspiring recording will help you to create both inner and outer harmony as you connect with your own natural source of health, vitality, and well-being.
“Research shows that listening to the right kind of music can help you to sleep better, enhance your immunity, reduce pain, and even help to lower your heart rate and blood pressure. As an oncologist and internist who has made music an integral part of my practice, I use this power of music to assist in the healing of my patients every day.”
—Dr. Mitchell Gaynor
The enclosed booklet contains listening exercises that you can use to create your own personal healing practice. These are the same sound healing practices that have benefited thousands of Dr. Gaynor’s patients over the years.

I really enjoy these unusual bhajans. I have never used it to help with any type of healing, but do like the energy of the album.
Did not enjoy it at all. Did not like the arrangement of music. It had no positive effect on me. If I was ill, I think that music would just make me feel worse, not better. I gave the CD away to a local charity.
A friend just sent me two CDs yesterday. They are very similar to the music my yoga instructor plays when she teaches her class. I will listen to them during chemo treatments and right before going to bed (great idea).
Going through a stressful time. Listening to this every night assures me a better night sleep. In addition I love the music.
