The synthesis of meditation and modern neuroscience has sparked a revolution—more than ever, we can use specific practices to create positive, lasting changes in our brains. Lisa Wimberger experienced the power of neuroplasticity firsthand. Brilliant! Well written with easy to integrate practices!

One of the things I appreciated most was that at the beginning, Lisa offers the invitation to look at this as a conversation rather than a monologue, in terms of the information presented. Throughout the whole book I was able to reflect and integrate the information presented into my life really easily. My friends have even noticed my stress levels have decreased!
