How Does It Work?

Really good!

I love this CD! It really works for me. Each segment is constructed for 10- or 20- or 30-minute naps. Don't worry that you will be listening to some dreamy lullaby. That’s not what these are. I find that the music, almost always well crafted on Dr. Johnson's CD's, seems to meet me at an "active" level where I am at the beginning of needing a nap and then leads me into refreshing relaxation. I especially like the 20-minute segment which sounds like musical raindrops. If you like the assistance of an audio CD when you take time for a nap or just to relax, this CD will probably appeal to you.
