"Grace is the breath of God—an invisible essence beyond intellect that moves swiftly amongst us," teaches Caroline Myss.
Is it possible to become a living conduit of this powerful force? "Not only is it possible," suggests this bestselling author, "but grace is immediately accessible to you and everyone around you—through humility, devotion, and the courage to follow divine guidance." With Channeling Grace you are invited to ascend to what Myss calls the "altitude of the mystics" and invoke this expansive energy in your life.
In session one, Myss explains how to recognize grace in your life by describing some of the countless ways we experience it—both internally as a sudden insightful voice, and externally as synchronicity in the world.
In session two, she offers a full set of specific invocations to contact grace directly, navigate your path in times of chaos, gain clarity and direction in your life, and heal yourself or others.
"Grace is as real and tangible as sparkling sand on the beach," teaches Myss. "It's ready to dramatically transform your life at any time—if you are willing to acknowledge and embrace it."
On Channeling Grace, this renowned teacher offers her expert guidance to help you maintain a steadfast connection to the illuminating divine phenomenon she calls grace.

dissapointing Review by priya
this material should be included in the first 2 useless CDs in the "Defy Gravity" set as a précis before she gets to the fantastic CDs 3+4 that talk about the 7 shadow passions and 7 graces. that is interesting stuff, and her first truly important and original work since "Anatomy of the Spirit". I bought four ST programs trying to find these new insights, but they were all rehashed stuff. i had to buy "Defy Gravity" from audible.com, which is all about grace, so I wish she'd condense her stuff instead of watering down, remixing offerings with no real meat to them. Grace should be about Love Review by Dieter
Well... I was looking for meditations and contemplations on Grace outside of a christian context. Unfortunately Caroline Myss transmits a very loud energy of suffering, aggression and arrogance, so that it´s very hard to hear the soft voice of Grace.
Grace for me is all about devotion, softness, compassion, love and playfulness.
Caroline Myss does not embody these qualities at all.
I will delete these audios.... (Posted on April 5, 2015)

I like her writing very much. Her delivery is too "in your face" for me. So, I will read her books rather than listen. Her teaching is solid. (Posted on January 5, 2014)

At times I can feel scolded by Myss, AND yet, she is so compelling in all she knows it is difficult not listen to her CDs. I was brought to my knees by "Channeling Grace" - during the prayers her voice has such a depth of love, and her words are so holy an experience, i listen over and over to it. Thinking it may be just my experience, I lent the CD to a friend. She was also just as deeply moved by the prayers. (Posted on October 4, 2013)

Intriguing, she says things in a way that have deep impact. Almost as if she were talking directly with me, I feel I have grown up a bit. (Posted on July 26, 2013)

Review for Channeling Grace Review by Antonieta C
Good material Caroline Myss always has a good message to deliver. However, sometimes her message get lost because of her judgement of others and her strong delivery. e.g. in this CD she judges people that meditate and how they are wrong in the way they channel grace.
Honestly, I have stop listening to her material because of the judgement of others and strong delivery of how her way is the only right way. It is sad because I feel she has a good message to deliver (Posted on July 1, 2013)
Review for Channeling Grace Review by Elizabeth W
I was surprised by the self-righteous, judgmental tone (a lot of "THIS is how it works", and "you SHOULD"... or "you MUST"). I prefer teachings that practice a bit more compassion for others' paths (meditation IS a healing path that brings many in touch with Grace - prayer is not the only way). The lesson for me is to hear the message under all of the angry energy in her presentation. (Posted on May 22, 2013)
