While the content is good, I simply cannot listen to this CD because of the poor recording quality. All I can hear is Lewis' saliva collecting at the back of his throat. The producer should have adjusted his positioning on the mike.

An excellent CD, which provides gentle entree into breathing meditation.

I would like to commend the Sounds True technical person who helped with a difficult (at our computer end) downloading challenged -- what a patient person!
