We know that hope is a powerful ally in challenging times—but can we consciously “practice” hope and learn to rely on it as a constant guide? On Navigating Hope, Caroline Myss helps us turn life’s difficulties into a voyage of transformation.
With her trademark blend of down-to-earth practicality and inspired mysticism, she offers an “itinerary for the soul” to help us thrive in the face of uncertainty and transition.
This wholly original two-CD program empowers listeners to:
- Celebrate the positive in our lives with genuine gratitude
- Tap into the wisdom of history, our “wise cosmic elder”
- Create a support team of companions and collaborators to keep us on course
- Invoke “the grace of illumination”—sacred counsel that emerges from trust and integrity
“Familiar ground is being swept away right in front of our eyes,” explains Caroline Myss. “But let us remember that arising tide of hope lifts all humanity.” Navigating Hope is her response to the growing need for guidance amid life’s storms, one that addresses both our inner landscape and our outer circumstances.

Best since anatomy of the spirit Review by Stine
Thank you Caroline, this answerd a lot for me (Posted on March 20, 2017)
Another great from Caroline, who teaches us how to be realistic, neither overly optimistic nor pessimistic. Review by SchipperkeBayan
For those of us who suffered because we were just being "hopeful" too much in a wrong, airy-fairy way, Caroline's down-to-earth teachings feel like a breath of fresh air. Too much self-absorption ("narcissism," according to Caroline on these CDs) will lead us to nowhere and eventually will bite us back in a painful way. Her suggestion to snap out of it and then become an active crew member of a group of people who help each other to build a better world really resonated with me.
Thank you, Caroline. I so love your no-nonsense, drill-sergeant teaching style.
You have helped me to keep grounded on this cold, black earth no matter what may come and to become a responsible person for my own life. (Posted on December 4, 2016)
I was HOPING for more substance Review by Marir
I enjoy some of Caroline's work. This meandered, and I wondered when she'd get to the meat of the issue. Oh, Caroline, I HOPED for better. I really did! (Posted on November 28, 2015)

interesting and insightful (Posted on April 4, 2014)

If I can get my money back for this one I will. I have followed Caroline's work for some time and I know that she can be acerbic, it's not always easy to hear what we need to hear, but there is no hope here. This should be called navigating cynicism with disdain. (Posted on February 22, 2014)

I enjoy her direct, no-nonsense approach, but I thought she was too vociferous in this presentation! (Posted on April 5, 2013)
Review for Navigating Hope Review by Beverly G
I did not finish this tape because, although I think Myss is a very intelligent and insightful woman I also feel that sometimes she is just mean- spirited. It bothered me so I stopped. (Posted on April 3, 2013)
Review for Navigating Hope Review by Karen W
I guess Caroline Myss is too aggressive and sarcastic for my taste. I found little information on Navigating Hope that was interesting, useful, or anything much but a harangue of the audience, and now all I remember about it is hearing a lot of things such as, "Get over it. GET over it. Get OVER it. Get over it!" I made myself finish it, but I'm over it. Over it. (Posted on April 3, 2013)
