well worth listening to Review by Katie
The further you get into this, the better it gets. In the first few sections I was frustrated by Caroline's endless hyperboles and cynicism. I almost switched it off after listening to 5 or 6 sections and then suddenly she captivated me and I got what she was talking about. I was simply put off at first by her seemingly endless exaggerated dogmatic poo-pooing.
I love Caroline, but she has got a devilish negative streak. (Posted on June 23, 2018)

If you like Caroline Myss, her no-nonsense, doesn't-suffer-fools-gladly-style will come as no surprise. This program is a brilliant distillation of her teachings over the years. Although Caroline is as blunt as ever, her ability to be compassionate really shines in these teachings, and the breadth of her ideas contain fresh nuances that her fans will appreciate.
