Review for Develop Qi Strength and Power Review by Ellis W
I am actually practicing other qigong, and haven't started regular practice yet. I would suggest if you will give us precisely what progress review will be on progress of practice. By doing so, we will know what should we feel and how far we reach. This is my sincere suggestion. (Posted on November 2, 2013)
