Great workout CD for people who love to dance Review by Conscious Groove
This is a great low impact workout. Fun, dance-y, but not complicated. A great addition to my library. Wish Chantal would make another one. There isn't anything else out there like it. (Posted on November 30, 2015)

I have really enjoyed this video - it's exactly what I wanted - a bit of structure but with added freedoms to play with the energy at times - an all round more holistic approach to dance.
