Better than I expected... this book is easy to read and very accessible and at the same time filled with wisdom. There are many practices to choose from, so you are likely to find ones you resonate with now and also in the future as your needs and intentions change. And even if you aren't interested in the practices just now, it's still a good read. A sweet book.
