Richard Miller, PhD, is a master of yoga and meditation who holds a doctorate in clinical psychology. I'm having a real problem getting through this material because Richard Miller has an annoying affection with his "s" sounds. He draws them out. Every time he says iResssssssst or easssssssssssssse. I can't relax because it's so distracting. It's a shame because I sense there's valuable material here.
