Excellent

I have never minded Caroline's tone (though I wouldn't listen to her if I needed to feel good about myself). I find her words truthful and necessary.

Do not recommend it.

I found her tone throughout very offensive and confrontational. As well, too much time was spent on how not to pray, rather than how to. I would not buy any of her other audio CD's after listening to this one.

I found the content of what Ms. Myss said interesting and insightful, but found the manner of her presentation, which seemed belittling and demeaning to her audience, extremely off-putting and contradictory to her message.
