Brené Brown, PhD, LMSW is a research professor at the University of Houston's Graduate College of Social Work who has spent the past 10 years studying vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame. She is a nationally renowned speaker and has won numerous teaching awards, including the college's Outstanding Faculty Award. Her groundbreaking work has been featured on PBS, NPR, and CNN. That course didn't bring any value to me
Unfortunately, this course didn't bring value to me. It was hard for me to find value between attempts of author to get social recognition and be liked by people by telling jokes. Overall the material was way too far from practice. I liked the way she speaks - author is a good speaker. I would wish here just to add value to her material and make it practical.

The Best!
I love this book! I have listened to it over and over. One thing I really like about this book that no other book from sounds true has had is that when I pause or stop and get out of the library and start it again goes right back to where I left off. Worth every cent.
