I guess I was expecting some sort of guided hypnosis. But there are just instructions with music interludes. I got nothing from it.

Powerful. Can be well used on it's own. The descriptions of motivations used to balance various fears was profoundly useful and helpful. That alone was well worth the download. You can see how our injuries can be turned to strengths and used to help heal ourselves, help one another and thereby help the transformation of our planet.
