We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction with all Sounds True products for up to one year when purchased from Sounds True. If a Sounds True product fails to meet your expectation for any reason, simply return it with receipt for a full refund. For items purchased from Sounds True which are manufactured by other companies, we indicate the warranty period in the product description.
Please note: Refund requests over 120 days from the purchase date will receive a check as funds cannot be returned to the credit card due to fraud protection policies.
For all returns:
1. Sounds True allows returns for up to 365 days from the order date.
Note: All returns sent to Sounds True after 365 days will not qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Form is required to ship with product for all refunds.
Returns of hard goods:
In the event you need a refund, we will honor any order placed with us within 365 days from the order date. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Fill out the RETURNS FORM (also located on the back of your pack list).
