Adyashanti is an American-born spiritual teacher devoted to serving the awakening of all beings. His teachings are an open invitation to stop, inquire, and recognize what is true and liberating at the core of all existence. His books include Emptiness Dancing, The End of Your World, True Meditation, The Way of Liberation, and Falling into Grace.
Mukti is an associate teacher at Open Gate Sangha, which she cofounded with her husband Adyashanti in 1996. She is licensed in acupuncture and certified to teach hatha yoga. I haven't finished it, but I enjoy it when I do listen. I get so much from listening to Adya and Mukti separately that it's a treat to hear them together!
I bought this for the title and received more than I expected. I have listened to this over and over. Adya and Mukti have created an elegant and insightful CD set that shines from their practice of a conscious and grace-filled relationship. Their interactions and insights have eased me out of some hurtful patterns. This is now my go-to wedding gift.
This is truly an amazing program. I began listening to it over six months ago while undergoing a tragic break up of a very dear relationship in my life. It has opened new vistas of seeing myself and the other person as One of Us. While it has not saved me from an immense pain, it has given me much space to align to a deep connection we had formed, a connection that springs from the Source, a connection which is the timeless Source itself. I have not been able to listen to all of the program yet because it is so rich and deeply nourishing that I need more time and space to absorb it. I am looking forward to the time when my being will open to more of One of Us.
