Understanding Narcissism

Whether it's about a friend, a manager at work, a loved one, a politician—or for those of us graced with remarkable self-honesty, ourselves—we've all had the experience of wondering, “Is that person a narcissist?”

To answer this question, we first need to understand narcissism fully: its roots, its different forms and expressions, how it impacts us, and (most importantly) if and how it can be healed.
