Jeff Foster goes to the heart of the simplicity of the awakened mind that is accessible to all of humanity. In this arena of permission, depression is but one facet of the array of thoughts and feelings that arise in each moment, and JF clearly demonstrates how to defuse the fears and anxieties which may beset us.
I would like to see this teaching reformulated for teenagers. The rate of teenage suicide in affluent countries is high and increasing. Because the teaching is direct and devoid of 'spiritual mystique' it could be suited to teenagers.
I myself felt really calm and reassured after listening to it.
