“I hope the words in this book inspire, challenge, and encourage you. ...leading us into a place of ultimate acceptance for ourselves and the world, a ground upon which we then can rise as individuals and as societies.
I teach workshops called Doing the Work of Your Life: Moving Beyond Fear in Abstract Painting. It combines yoga before painting to quiet the mind. This book is succinct, poetic in the typical way that the author writes, and easy to digest. Why should it be complicated mumbo-jumbo? There are simple concepts, although difficult to practice. Letting go of fear and just letting go in general... just being where you are at the moment and noticing your body and allowing it... are such ancient concepts. I am really enjoying this book already... and it's nice to find a person who is saying the same things that I say to my students... trust yourself... and watch the world (as we know it) disappear. Namaste! And thank you Jeff Foster.
Please make this an audio too. I enjoy Jeff Foster very much but I'd like to hear the book. I'm not so good in reading English (I'm from Holland).
Greeting in love.
