Great DVD; Bad Formatting
Like other reviewers, I enjoyed this download, but found it hard to use. This video would be highly enjoyable if you could stay in flow, from one exercise to the next. Instead, you get the video in segments. One moment you are holding your cultivated ball of energy up to the sky; the next you have to go to the computer, click on the next video, wait for it to load up, and then resume the exercises (that's when my energy ball likes to float out the window). The actual qi gong is nice, but having it all as one video would be much more usable and highly preferable.

Profound and Powerful!
All I can say is WOW, and thank you to Robert Peng, his master, and Sounds True for making this amazing life-changing session available to the world! I have only done it twice and a half (had to do a mini session only) and I cannot begin to tell you the good that it has brought me! Absolutely amazing! It is all about learning to cultivate your own chi. Thank you thank you; words are weak but let me end this, in good chi ;) Blessed be!

simple greatness
Even for Qigong beginners like me, this wonderful practice requires no previous experience to get us initiated into this wonderful ancient connection with Source.
Paying attention to every instruction will take us by the hand to a better place that we have been longing for years.
