Review for Buddhist Meditation for Beginners

I am very grateful for Jack Kornfield's teachings, especially on forgiveness. The way the CD's are packaged is terrible. The envelopes with the six discs are not labeled and it is very difficult to pull the discs out without smearing them with fingerprints.

Review for Buddhist Meditation for Beginners

As always, a refreshing and comprehensive look at the pillars of Buddhist thought in practice and concept from the perspective of a Westerner with a keen understanding of both the causes of suffering and the practice which will lead to the liberation from samsara.
