This is a superb offering. I've only listened to less than half of it - after 10 to 15 minutes of it I need to meditate on what was said. This is one of the most insightful teachings I have heard. Hats off to Mr. Tift and Sounds True - I'm less than half through and already know I WANT MORE!

Review for Is There Life After Death?
Once we stop trying to control our spiritual development, and allow it to control "us", we are led to those things that we need. We are led away from the people who deal in sugar-coated spiritual "fluff", and toward the truth-based "meat-and-potatoes" consciousness pioneers like Alan Watts, or, Elisabeth K-Ross. If you are reading this review, you may have been led here. This book is one of those products. Her message is important, uplifting, freeing, and, in some cases, electric in it's impact. There will be an awareness that you are hearing truth from a wise and caring soul. You will want to share it with others, as I am trying to do here.
A word of caution, her accent is thick and so difficult to understand, I was afraid I had wasted my money. However, after a few minutes, your mind adjusts to the Swiss accent, and it becomes pretty easy to follow her. Good thing, too, because what she says, introduces you to important truths learned over a lifetime of scientific and medical research work, and, to a lovely teacher that I am glad to have met. Buy the book and listen to it at least a couple of times.
