Practical, can apply to your experience

I've heard and read a lot on the chakras but nothing really stuck because I didn't have an experience of it. Anodea has a passion to share her vision that comes across, and it's hands-on. She gives real examples of how 'too much' or 'too little' of a chakra's energy would look in one's thoughts and behavior. She also explains clearly how each chakra feeds and is fed by neighboring chakras. Very informative and tangible, if I can say that about energy! Lots of content.
