I traveled the world for five years with only a backpack, a frame drum, a gong, a flute, and nine Tibetan singing bowls. Good for an energy healer

This CD is not a CD that you put on in the car while you are driving. I have put it on before bed but it doesn't make feel relaxed I would recommend it to an energy healer or someone who is interested in learning more about Tibetan singing bowls.
