Jim B. Tucker
Jim B. Tucker is the Bonner-Lowry Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences at the University of Virginia, where he served as the director of the UVA Division of Perceptual Studies—a research group that is exploring the mind’s relationship to the body and the possibility that consciousness survives after death. A child psychiatrist, he has studied cases of children who recount memories of previous lives for the last 25 years. He has written two books on the children’s reports, Life Before Life and Return to Life—the latter, a New York Times bestseller.
