Shai Tubali PhD
Shai Tubali, Ph.D., is a philosopher, author, and teacher whose work bridges academic rigor with direct mystical insight. With a doctorate in the philosophy of religion from the University of Leeds and postdoctoral research in the philosophy of artificial intelligence, Shai brings a rare depth to the exploration of consciousness and human potential. He currently continues this inquiry at University College London’s School of Education, focusing on AI and the future of human intelligence.
For more than two decades, Shai has guided workshops, retreats, and trainings that have touched the lives of tens of thousands. His integrative path draws on both Eastern and Western traditions to awaken the full spectrum of human intelligences – especially the often-forgotten wisdom of the heart. His work weaves together transformative therapy, philosophy, and mysticism into a single vision: the evolution of the soul in all its dimensions.
The author of over a dozen books – including The Seven Chakra Personality Types and Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Meditation – Shai’s writings have been translated into 14 languages worldwide. He is also the developer of several original, meditation-based methods for psychological and spiritual transformation, among them the Expansion Method, which has been the subject of medical research.
At the core of Shai’s work is the conviction that expanded states of consciousness are not just extraordinary experiences but guiding forces for healing, meaning, and the future of humanity.
