Thank you Deb Dana

I appreciated Deb Dana’s calm and loving presence as she clearly outlined Polyvagal Theory and offered practical exercises to help me get to know my nervous system and how to best manage it.

Some sessions confusing/hard to follow

I had trouble following along with the exercise at times. Seemed confusing and did not always use the same terms to describe things within the same lesson.

Return to Regulation Tools

Learning to recognize and accept moments of disregulation as normal experiences in self and others has been very helpful. I appreciate the pacing of the course, along with the opportunities to reflect and apply suggestions. Thank you.
