Helpful and useful, the book itself explains symptoms of trauma with kindness and awareness, addresses concerns surrounding post traumatic stress and includes interactive practices, tools and tips- for me, worked on first try. In the somatic meditations Dr. Levine is very calming gentle and understanding I found his work on YouTube. And note: the book has online downloadable content it is in the middle of the book there’s a website for the guided soundtracks, really useful for C-PTSD and PTSD or trauma survivors for both new and knowledged.
