Wow, histeachings are amazing. I have read his two books - both were great. Perhaps the Surrender Expirement book is one of my top 5 greatest books -really stuck with me.
This course --- he explains things in such a unqiue fashion. He is really a brilliant teacher and thinker.
I put this on my ipad and instead of watching brain decaying TV, i watch this instead. game changer

I loved the book/ course . Since listening to it, I have decided to stop complaining about the weather and about life in general . I realized how many things I try to do to escape my present reality . I am now consciously appreciating everything around me . I realized that the voice I my head is something that I have to ignore . It is a daily practice of being more present and learning to see the magic in the everyday moments . And also to let go of small stuff before it turns into huge blockages .
