This is an excellent CD. I wasn't sure what I would get out of it but the teachings we clear and his pronounciation of the mantras impeccable. He has a very nice voice (apparently he used to be in broadcasting) and it is very pleasant to chant along with him. I was intimidated at first by the idea of doing a mantra meditation. I had read a few books and they were all quite esoteric. This is a great balance between scholarly exposition and engagement with the audience.
