If I could give this 10 Stars I would. Truly excellent short power packed 26 minute

I've listened to a lot of stuff like this before, and a lot of Andrew Weil's other offerings, so I almost didn't buy it because I figured I'd probably already had all the stuff.

This is great!!!

Whenever I need to shift my energy this is going to be one of my go-to plays. He gives some very simple practices but they feel so deep. It really feels like Weil has tremendous spiritual power in his voice on this recording. Yes it is all stuff I've heard before but somehow on this I can really feel the transformative effect.

I highly recommend this to everyone from absolute beginners, for whom it would be a tremendous introduction. I totally recommend buying this for any friends of yours you want to introduce to this sort of work,

For experienced practitioners who have heard hundreds of CDs and read thousands of books and recognize the value of having a short and Powerful transformative session, this is awesome.

If I could give this 10 Stars I would.

great!

This was unexpectedly wonderful and Dr. Weil gives more than the above mentioned 2 breathing meditations/exercises: There are several more useful & welcomed suggestions. I actually plan to follow his advice and do some of them daily!
