The material itself is wonderful, just as all of the work by Caroline Myss is. The length is very short - too short - though it is in two parts. I don't recall that Sounds True had any information about the audiobook being abridged.

Very disappointed in the format . . . it simply is a recording from a visit. I have listened to many other of her CD's and enjoyed them very much. This was a waste of money!!
