If this guy says "so" once more during the meditations...
This isn't a conversation where you say "so" when you are stalling to say something and where is the audio editing to take out things like his breath noises when he is talking - it starts with the first 2 meditations for an hour talking about Western medicine, then the meditations possibly would be OK if this were a DVD, because he moves too quickly between his focus from one point to another to do nothing but focus on what he is saying rather than letting the energy work. I will stop the review here because the rest of the review would not be so pleasant. Deleting it from my hard drive.
