I sent some comments on another survey page.

I received a free gift subscription with the 30 Day Wake Up Challenge course with Adya. I liked it. I didnt really do much with it. Unfortunately I cannot commit to that monthly cost. I receive a lot of information from ST on what is on offer and I have to be selective as to what I sign up for. Although I cancelled the 'subscription' in good time I received emails thanking me for subscribing and a debit on my credit card. I have since had several email communications and the debit is to be reversed. From a marketing perspective I think it is a great idea but I don't know that it adds to my need to be informed. I was advised that I dont need to be a member to access My Library and I have not tried to go into My Library since I unsubscribed. I did appreciate the support team responding quickly to my query. I just got bombarded with emails saying thank you for your order and I had not ordered anything. In this day of AI one is very nervous about what goes on online.

Regular Communications?

It seems I am getting very few notifications from Sounds True One. Perhaps I need to manage my subscription in some way? Do I need to log in every day to check for offerings? Or perhaps the number of notifications is set to not overwhelm - which is important. I am excited about this annual subscription and wondering if I am set up to engage with the offerings in the way it is intended.

A Place to Fill Up Your Well of Wisdom and Practice

I've been asked recently how I would describe the Sounds True One membership. I had to take a few moments to reflect because it is unlike other membership programs from our favorite authors or learning platforms. Here was my answer: It's like a well of spiritual wisdom and practice where we go to fill up our reserves of strength and resilience, then set forth back in into the day-to-day world hopefully with a more grounded presence and inner recourse to overcome life's challenges.

I signed up for the membership as soon as it was announced. Over the last few years, it has changed while orientating itself to the wider online Sounds True community. Currently, it offers Live special programming each month, a Live version of Insights at the Edge, and thoughtful curated monthly themed experiences from previously recorded content. It also includes a live weekly meditation on Saturdays. My recommendation is pay attention to the weekly newsletters because they provide direction and updates on upcoming events and what to watch for the week. However, don't feel the need to follow any predetermined schedule and dive in using the search function to find something you might want to watch.

I love the original series like Mystics Today (reminds me of Oprah's Super Soul Sunday), In The Flow (beautiful and engaging video meditations), and other content they've developed to provide teachings and ideas to ponder and activate within yourself.

So, if you're thinking it over, I would suggest…

I am catching up with past projects and they are all excellent.

Bereavement is my specialty and am looking forward to new grieving stories and normalcy of death as an altered state of consciousness.
