The Spirituality of IFS/Richard Schwartz
This was an excellent workshop because Schwartz was sharing his clinical and personal experience so candidly. The parts meditations were incredibly effective and powerful because he offered them so skillfully. The supplement of the final session with his terminal friend was incredible and unforgettable. I have turned several people on to Soundstrue to get this series telling friends it is a must see experience. Thank you.
