About Michael Reed Gach

Michael Reed Gach, Ph.D is the Founder and Director of The Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, California, and the creator of the Acu-Yoga system. He received his B.A. in Social Relations from Immaculate Heart College, and his Ph.D. in Acupressure Health Care from Columbia Pacific University. He is the author of The Bum Back Book; Greater Energy at Your Fingertips; his bestseller Acupressure's Potent Points, and Arthritis Relief at Your Fingertips, as well as numerous audio and videotapes. Not sure I like the style of this particular practice. I didn't find it 'relieving' at all, personally. Might be different for others. Just not my style.

After purchasing this I realized that I prefer a relaxation method that I don`t have to do anything. There was nothing wrong with this approach thou - it just isn`t for me.
