Downloadable version has very Poor video quality

Sorry to say, I was disappointed with the video and audio of this download...very, very poor quality! I downloaded it to both ipad and laptop with the same low-grade results; I had to go back to using the original set of cds (5-stars for video content) that was purchased a few years back.

Review for The Ashtanga Yoga Collection

Absolute classic. You don't need any other guide to first series, and the foundations teachings are clear and descriptive. You sense discipline just by watching - inspiring and deeply practical.

Review for The Ashtanga Yoga Collection

Mr Freeman is a great teacher and a true master.

The explanations are clear and beautifully poetic.

I do think one should take classes with a teacher of the similar tradition prior or parallel to practicing at home.

With a good basic foundation the first part of the intermediate level became my daily practice.
