Good and authentic Teacher ... therefore helpful teachings

This audio is substantial. In fact, I plan to listen to it more than once. It is about emptiness per Zen, which is an aspect of emptiness since there are a few different Buddhist aspects - like Theravada, Mahayana, Tibetan, and so on.

Recently, I have tuned in to Zen and this Audio, about an hour and a half, is very helpful.

Review for The Ghost Cave

Excellent teaching of important Zen basics. Straightforward approach laced with humor. Rev. Loori's teachings should not be missed by novices and other interested parties. Might be a good idea to have handy a Zen glossary, as quite a few terms may be unfamiliar to the uninitiated.
